Project Development

Ascent wil function as the Owner's overall operational project coordinator responsible for project execution. Ascent will interface between the Client and the project team, which includes the developer, architect, contractor, interior designer, and all other outside professionals. An operational timeline will be developed that identifies and outlines the tasks to be performed, primary task responsibility, and time frame for task completion for the ASC to be operational by the proposed date indicated by the Client
